We must make these binding bookings well in advance. Therefore, we need to know who is participating from which laboratory. If you have any questions, please speak to your site manager.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”When should I arrive?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]If possible, arrival should take place around midday on Friday.
\nIn the case of a particularly long journey, arrival on Thursday is possible, subject to approval by the management.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How is detailed travel planning organised?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]Specific travel arrangements will be coordinated at site level in consultation with the respective line manager.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How do I get from the hotel to the event?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]Shuttle buses will be provided. Further information will be shared in good time before the event. [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How do I return after the event?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]After the event, shuttle buses will transport guests back to their hotels.
\nThe return journey to each site will be organised individually by the respective laboratory.
\nFor rail or air travel, a shuttle service to the railway station or airport will be arranged. In principle, accommodation is planned in twin rooms. During the registration process, you may indicate the colleague with whom you wish to share a room.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Who organises the hotels and who covers the costs?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]Hotel bookings are arranged centrally.
\nThe costs will be borne internally by the respective laboratory. There are no costs for you as an employee.
\nException:<\/strong> Exception: Freelance samplers must organise and cover their accommodation themselves.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Do I need to pay anything at the hotel?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]Yes. Any minibar expenses must be paid privately.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”May I extend my stay privately?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]Yes. An extension is possible, but must be organised and paid for privately. \nDeployment planning will be arranged by the site. If laboratory operations cannot be maintained, individual arrangements (e.g. annual leave or reduction of overtime) may be necessary.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”Will overtime be credited?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]No. No overtime credit will be granted.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How is Friday (event day) credited?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]On Friday, the regular daily working hours will be credited.

\nDeparture at midday: work in the morning; remaining hours credited.

Food and beverages are included.

Please dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable.
