If you have any questions, please speak to your site manager. \nIf you have a particularly long journey, you may be able to arrive on Thursday. This must be approved by the management.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How is detailed travel planning organised?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]Specific travel arrangements will be coordinated at site level in consultation with the respective line manager.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_accordion_tab][vc_accordion_tab title=”How do I get from the hotel to the event?”][vc_column_text fontsize=”fs20″ css=””]Shuttle buses will be provided. Further information will be shared in good time before the event.<\/p>\n

\nThe return journey to your site will be organised individually depending on the laboratory.
\nIf you are travelling by train or plane, a shuttle service will be provided to the railway station or airport. In principle, accommodation is planned in twin rooms.
