There, they will be given a designated sticker to attach to their name badge. This sticker enables the photographer to recognise their preference and take it into account when taking photographs.<\/p>\n<p>People with this marking will not be specifically photographed or filmed as the main subject. In the case of smaller group and action shots, every effort will be made to avoid depicting them in a clearly recognisable or prominent manner.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of wide-angle, stage, group or event shots, it cannot be entirely ruled out that individual people may be recognisable in the background. However, any objections in this regard will be taken into account when selecting and using the images.<\/p>\n<p>An objection may also be submitted after the event, with effect for the future, to <a href=\"mailto:datenschutz@events.agrolab.com\">datenschutz@events.agrolab.com<\/a>. Please describe as precisely as possible which photograph or publication is concerned.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Recipients of the photographs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The photographs may, in particular, be made available to the following recipients:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>relevant staff members within the AGROLAB GROUP<\/li>\n<li>employees of the AGROLAB GROUP via a secure internal image library<\/li>\n<li>the commissioned photographer or other commissioned service providers<\/li>\n<li>agencies or technical service providers who support AGROLAB in the creation and publication of communication materials<\/li>\n<li>operators of websites and social media platforms, insofar as images are published there<\/li>\n<li>the general public in the event of publication on publicly accessible channels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The commissioned photographer may not use the images for their own purposes, as a reference, in their own portfolio or on their own social media channels.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><strong> Internal image library<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Selected photographs will be made available after the event in a secure internal area within the AGROLAB GROUP.<\/p>\n<p>The images made available there may only be used for internal communication and as a memento of the event.<\/p>\n<p>Publication on external websites, on publicly accessible platforms or on social media is only permitted with prior approval from the Marketing department.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><strong> Publication on social media<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>When images are published on social media, personal data may be processed by the respective platform operators.<\/p>\n<p>It cannot be ruled out that data may also be processed outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
