40 Years of AGROLAB – Let’s create the highlight of our anniversary celebration together!

Dear colleagues,

Sometimes, in our day-to-day work, we forget that we are more than just our laboratory or our office. Over the past 40 years, we have grown from a three-person company in Germany to more than 2,500 employees across over 30 locations throughout Europe. This diversity is our greatest strength. And it is exactly this energy we want to bring to the stage: help us shape our 40th anniversary celebration!

Some of you will remember the special moments from past celebrations, when colleagues stepped out of their comfort zones and took over the stage – while everyone else stood on the benches celebrating together. These are the moments that connect us far beyond our daily work.

That is why we invite you: become part of the “Festival of Cultures”.

What is the Festival of Cultures?
It is the centrepiece of our live stage programme. You take the spotlight with short, engaging performances that showcase your culture or country of origin. We are not looking for dry presentations, but for individual highlights that entertain, inspire or surprise.

Whether it is a traditional custom, a musical performance or – true to our DNA – a creative lab experiment with a wow effect: your creativity has no limits. The only requirement is that it works “live” – visually clear and engaging for an international audience. We are not looking for polished show acts, but for authentic contributions from you, for you. We want to show who we are as the AGROLAB family.

How to take part:

1. Form a team & develop your idea:
   Get together (by location, department or a mix of countries) and decide what you want to present. Dance, music or a lab experiment – as long as it captivates the audience!
2. Register by May 15th:
   Simply complete the form. Let us know what you are planning, who is involved and how much time you need (5 to max. 20 minutes).
3. Programme mix & feedback:
   As we have a total of 90 minutes of stage time, we will create a varied programme from all submissions. By May 29th, you will hear from us whether your contribution has been selected, and we will clarify all technical and organisational details.

Good to know: On site, you will of course have time to familiarise yourselves with the stage and coordinate everything in advance.
