Strong Together at the Bavaria Olympics!
Our anniversary celebration brings colleagues from all over Europe together – right in the heart of Bavaria. The Bavaria Olympics turns this into a fun team competition. Six stations, plenty of team spirit and one big question: which team will score the most points?
From 1:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. you can put your skills to the test at six different stations. It is not just about strength, dexterity or accuracy. The main focus is on enjoying the experience together: taking part as a team, cheering each other on and collecting as many points as possible.
Six Stations – Six Challenges
Horseshoe Throwing
Accuracy is key here. Throw the horseshoes at the target from a set distance and try to score as many points as possible.
Stein Holding
How long can you keep your arm up? This challenge is all about stamina and perseverance – and, of course, the support of your team.
Hammering Nails
Aim, strike and use as few attempts as possible: the goal is to hammer the nail into the wood using the fewest blows.
Building a Fröbel Tower
Nothing works here without teamwork. Using ropes and a hook, you work together to stack several wooden blocks into a tower – without touching them directly with your hands.
Cork Shooting
Take aim and knock them down: use popping corks to try to topple a tower of cans. The fewer shots you need, the better.
Barrel Rolling
Strength, skill and coordination are what count here. Working together, guide the barrel through the course and across the finish line as quickly as possible.

It’s Even More Fun Together
You can take part as a team or individually. Teams choose a team name and collect points at the different stations. At the end, the winners of each individual discipline as well as the three best teams in the overall Bavaria Olympics will receive awards.
Most importantly, however, it is all about having fun together, getting to know new colleagues and coming together as one AGROLAB team across countries and locations.
So gather your team, come up with a team name and join in.
Look forward to entertaining challenges, plenty of cheering each other on and, above all, a great time with colleagues from all over Europe.
