Hands-on Activities: Get Creative & Create Together

Sustainability has always played an important role for us –which is why our hands-on activities combine creating things together with sustainable ideas. The result is small projects and personal keepsakes that bring joy not only during the celebration itself, but also long afterwards. At the same time, these activities show that sustainability often starts with small steps and can be turned into creative ideas in a very simple way.

Building Insect Hotels

Together, we will build small shelters and nesting places for insects, helping to support biodiversity.

Using suitable natural materials, we will create insect hotels that provide shelter and nesting opportunities for wild bees and other beneficial insects. At the same time, the activity shows in a very practical way how small habitats can be created using simple materials.

Building them together calls for teamwork, while each group can also contribute its own ideas. Many small actions come together to create something meaningful that will last beyond our anniversary celebration.

Designing Jute Bags

Here, you can let your creativity run free. Using colours, stamps and stencils, you can design your own personal jute bag and decide exactly what the final design should look like.

The activity combines creating together with completely individual results: you can inspire one another, exchange ideas and still make something entirely your own.

At the end, you will take home not only a practical, reusable jute bag, but also a self-designed keepsake from our anniversary celebration.
